Series

A Series in math is a summation of terms that follow a pattern. We say that these terms are a Sequence.

It is possible for a series to add up to a number.

$\dfrac {1} {2} + \dfrac {1} {4} + \dfrac {1} {8} + ... = 1$

Appendix A

A Finite Series doesn’t have an infinite number of terms.

Years ago the choice of wording was to say Infinite Series if the number of terms was infinite.
